Caitlin Clark is one of the best shooters in the game right now, so it’s no secret that she has an arm. But it appears she could also be QB1, having shown off some impressive throwing.

The Indiana Fever star has returned to full practice with the WNBA outfit after missing five straight games for the second time this season, taking her sideline tally to 10 total. She went full-speed 5-on-5 this week and still had the energy to throw a deep ball after training.

The video below shows her casually launching a football nearly the length of the court to a young boy, who also made an impressive catch.

Caitlin Clark is on the cusp of a highly anticipated return, as mentioned above. The former Iowa point guard has been out with a left groin injury since June 26 and has only been available for 8 of the Fever’s 18 games this season.

She previously missed five outings with a quad injury.

Clark was back doing full-contact drills this week, and head coach Stephanie White indicated that she could be back sooner rather than later. White said the sharpshooter was “on track to play this week,” which leaves her likely to return against the Golden State Valkyries on Wednesday.

Caitlin was averaging 18.2 points, 8.9 assists, and 5.0 rebounds before her injury. The Fever have gone 5-5 without her but will be happy to have her back, especially as the All-Star break is approaching.

She’s also set to be an All-Star this year after being selected as a rookie in 2024.
