Caitlin Clark had a special day on Sunday.
The Indiana Fever superstar has been with her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, since they met at the University of Iowa during their college careers.
McCaffery was on the Hawkeyes men’s basketball team while Clark dominated the women’s side.
The two have maintained their relationship since this time at Iowa and are clearly still going strong, with both in Indianapolis. Clark plays for the Fever, while McCaffrey is an assistant coach for the Butler men’s basketball team.
July 13 marked McCaffery’s birthday, which Clark celebrated with an Instagram post on Sunday that read, “Happy happy happy birthday con🥳 you make everyday better, and I couldn’t be more grateful. May this be the best year yet. I love you 🖤🖤.”
In Caitlin Clark’s post, she put out three pictures of herself and Connor together, along with one of just McCaffery.
One shows them cuddled up on a couch, another shows Clark posing alongside McCaffery in her Fever jersey, one shows them smiling for the camera at what looks to be a concert, and the fourth shows McCaffery playing Scrabble.
Caitlin doesn’t usually speak on her relationship despite being such a public figure, but there are times when she does showcase the love for the person she goes home to.

The Indiana Fever smoked the Dallas Wings on Sunday, 102-83.
Clark had 14 points, 13 assists, and five steals.
The Fever moved to 11-10 on the season.
