Kim Kardashian ‘Predicting’ Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Relationship Will ‘Crash and Burn’
Taylor Swift may still be dating football pro Travis Kelce, but a source exclusively tells Life & Style her nemesis Kim Kardashian is placing bets that the romance will bite the dust just like all her previous relationships did.
“Kim would never say anything publicly, but privately she’s getting a big kick out of predicting when this whole thing will crash and burn and laughing at how embarrassing it’s all going to be for Taylor when it does,” says a source.
The 34-year-old pop star’s relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs player, 35, has been under the microscope in recent days.
After reports claimed that Taylor and Travis signed a relationship “contract” — which dictated that their year-plus romance was due to end on September 28 and Travis’ team denied — rumors then swirled that the two may be secretly engaged.
A source previously told TMZ that the back and forth has been “whiplash-inducing.”

Meanwhile, according to the Life & Style insider, the 44-year-old SKIMS founder is “following all the drama about their supposed contract very closely and wouldn’t be the least bit shocked if it was true.”
The insider adds, “It all smelled a little suspicious to her from the start, but even if it’s not a PR romance, Kim’s convinced it’s still going to implode before long.”

Adds the insider, “No doubt she’s going to raise a glass of champagne if and when Travis and Taylor do break up.”
Kim and Taylor have a long history. The feud between them originated from an incident nearly a decade ago and involved Kim’s former husband, Kanye West (who legally changed his name to Ye). In “Famous,” he rapped, “I made that bitch famous.” This lyric referenced the moment at the 2009 VMAs when Ye, 47, interrupted Taylor’s acceptance speech.
Taylor publicly voiced her objection to being called “that bitch” after the song debuted in 2016, prompting Kim to release a video of a conversation between Taylor and Ye in which Taylor appeared to give her approval for the lyric.
Taylor has maintained that the video was altered, telling Time in December 2023, “You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar. I thought that moment of backlash was going to define me negatively for the rest of my life.”
“That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before,” the “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer said. “Trash takes itself out every single time.” A full version of the clip also surfaced online in 2020 that proved the version Kim posted had been edited.
