The drama started after two people were spotted getting intimate at one of the band’s concerts during their Music of the Spheres tour two months ago.
They were later identified as Kristin and Andy, who were reportedly married but not to each other. According to the Daily Mail, Kristin and husband Andrew, who are believed to have tied the knot in 2023, are now heading for divorce.

The Daily Mail states Kristin submitted the petition, filing paperwork at a New Hampshire court on August 13 – less than a month after the controversy erupted.

Video from Boston’s Gillette Stadium went viral on social media because of a moment during the “kiss cam.” It captured the two audience members on a balcony.

Speaking to the concertgoers, who seemed to be swaying to the music while holding hands, Chris Martin said, “Oh look at these two!” reports the Mirror UK.

The pair seemed to react to being called out as one of them quickly hid their face before turning away from the camera, while the other ducked out of sight. Chris continued to say, “Alright. Come on, you’re okay.”

The performer seemed to playfully mock their responses, telling the audience, “Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.

As the clip, which circulated on social media, concludes, he starts to declare, “I’m not quite sure.”

At first, the crowd could be heard chuckling as the duo concealed themselves from the camera after initially being caught on the kiss cam. Supporters subsequently seemed to be applauding and even whistling as Chris joked about the circumstances.

The video then went viral online, and the two people in the video were identified as the Chief People Officer of Astronomer, Kristin, and the Astronomer CEO, Andy. After the video started making its rounds, Kristin stepped down from her position at Astronomer.

Taylor Jones, the Director of Communications at Astronomer, previously told the Mirror US, “I can confirm that Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer, she has resigned.”
