On Sunday, the “I Like It” rapper, 32, took to her Instagram Story to share the damage her 6-year-old daughter Kulture did to her yellow croc-embossed purse.
“I literally spent $60,000 on this purse,” the mom of three said from behind the camera while zooming in on a small, black heart drawn on the front of the accessory.
In disbelief, Cardi continued, “Look what my daughter did to my purse. Look what my daughter did to my purse. Look what my daughter did to my f—king purse. Look.”
She ended the video with a large sigh of frustration.
Cardi wasn’t lying about the price — in fact, she even rounded down. Currently, a similar style retails on resale site 1stdibs for $61,697.04.
While the video has since expired from the musician’s social media account, one follower brought the 14-second clip to YouTube, where fans had their say in the comments.

Some viewers judged the star for spending so much on a bag to begin with. Meanwhile, others shared tips and tricks for how to remove the dark ink.

Meanwhile, maybe the “I Like It” rapper should swap purses with Kulture as the tiny tot has a collection of Hermès Birkin bags that rivals her mom — including a rainbow bedazzled style that goes for nearly $50,000.
Cardi B shares Kulture, son Wave Set, 3, and a daughter born on in September 2024 (whose name she has not revealed) with estranged husband Offset.
While Hérmes can definitely fix Kulture’s damage, we’re wondering if that heart doodle would actually up the resale value.
