 Now, I made a video, one of the only people to make a video about Ariel Powers like three, four months ago. Probably longer than that to be honest. Probably like six months ago. I know it was definitely before the season started. I’mma play the video in this video. But make a long story short, I knew she could ball, bro.
 
She was hitting raining threes from all across the court. And the young lady simply is like that on the basketball court. Well, I’m here to tell you, we kind of forgot about Ariel Powers. But I know for a fact she was playing overseas. Well, I’m here to tell you they have signed her to a 7-day contract.
 
And if I’m going off what I believe, I believe Ariel Powers might save the season. Oh, yes. I believe Ariel Powers might still help us get a dub in this situation. Now, granted, they can’t sign another player to after they play the links again, I believe, because, you know, Odyssey Sims went down and we don’t know what’s going on with her injury.
 
So, they need another point guard and I don’t know where the hell they’re going to find one at this point. They just need to sit have signs outside the arena at gamers say now hiring point guards because that’s what it’s going to take for them to get a point guard, man. They need about three more, I think. But Ariel Powers could definitely come in and do some damage.

Powers, a 9-year WNBA veteran, um, started her career in 2016 as the number five selection in the WNBA draft by the Dallas Wing, eventually earning her spot in the WNBA all rookie team in 2019.
Uh, the 5’11 guard was part of the Washington squad that won the WNBA championship, averaging seven points, three rebounds, and one assists in the playoffs. Powers also spent three seasons with Minnesota from 2021 to through 2023. And for her to stay on that Minnesota link squad volumes and one of the Atlanta joint 2024 Powers averaged 10 points per game, three rebounds and 1.2 assists.
 
And I’m telling you right now, Ariel Powers and she will be wearing the infamous number 23. Now Ariel Powers, right? For her to stay on Cheryl Reef came along. She did speak volumes in itself, but I’m telling you right now, she got better, guys. She got way, way better. I truly believe this is awesome, bro.
 
This is really, really awesome. And I’m just excited to see how Ariel Powers is going to come together uh with this team because just like I stated, man, I’ve been wanting her on the team. She should have been on a squad, bro. And for whatever reason, they didn’t get her. They didn’t get her.

Now, we know Amber Cox has done interviews. Her and Kelly been pretty vocal about surrounding Caitlyn Clark and Aaliyah Boston with veteran players and getting a lot of production from free agency. Now, we know Timmy Fib Big Lay was let go doing what she do. Now, will we see the answer right now? I don’t know.

But I’m going to show you guys what caught the eye of the fan base. And I’m here to tell you Ariel Powers been pretty vocal to the Indiana fans on Twitter. She letting me know. Y’all fever fans crazy. But I love to see it. Could we possibly be seeing her coming to Indie? We don’t know yet.

Um, I’m happy she’s on the team. I completely forgot about her. She should have been on the damn team. I was calling for her to be traded trade Christy Wallace for her way back when way back before the season started when all the little trade carousel was going when the Satu Sable stuff was developing.
