Angel Reese has been branded a “hypocrite” by fans on social media after a video of the WNBA star twerking her butt went viral this week.
Footage circulating online shows Reese, who is in her second season with the Chicago Sky, performing a raunchy routine with rapper ‘Sexyy Red’ after filming the latest episode of the podcast ‘Unapologetically Angel’.
At one point Sexyy Red slaps Reese on the butt as the pair take turns twerking on camera.
And fans were quick to criticise the women’s basketball player over the video, with some referencing comments she made in 2024 about being “$3xed” in the sport.
‘That’s rude. Be polite, girls,’ one person wrote on X.

Another posted: ‘She’s clearly never heard or understood the word “hypocrite”. But she should really look it up.’

At the end of her college career in early 2024, Reese claimed she was $3x harassed during women’s basketball when discussing some of the online abuse she endured.
